Shipping Policy

Every Her Keeps piece is made to order for your recipient. We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time
Your order is created after you place it. Most pieces are produced and ready to ship in 2-5 business days.

Delivery time (after your order ships)
Standard shipping: 2-5 business days (USPS)
Priority shipping: 1-2 business days (FedEx), when offered at checkout
Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days from the day you order.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as a shipping label is created. Labels are created when production begins, so tracking may show "label created" for a short time before your package starts moving - that's normal for made-to-order pieces.

Shipping costs
Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Peak seasons and delays
During peak gift seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), production and carrier times can run longer. Ordering early is the best way to guarantee delivery for a special date. If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
